CCS applies rapid tooling technology to meet our customers’ needs for small to high volume production. In order to provide our customers with the best solutions, we have 3 main tooling approaches:

  • Rapid Prototyping Tooling: up to 5,000 tooling cycles for prototyping and low volume production.
  • Rapid bridging tools: up to 100,000 cycles for medium series production.
  • Rapid production tools: up to 1,000,000+ cycles for series production.

Rapid Prototype Tooling

  • Shared die holders and flexible tooling components to reduce prototype processing time.
  • Tooling lead times of 1-2 weeks, depending on part geometry.
  • Rapid prototyping tool life range of 500 – 5,000+ cycles.

  • 2 years of free storage time and tooling maintenance.

Bridge Tooling

  • Ideal for small and medium scale production.
  • Steel tooling ensures long tool life and excellent surface finish.
  • Lead times for bridge molds vary from 1.5 weeks to 4 weeks, depending on the part geometry.

  • 3 years of free storage time and tool maintenance.
